- Reviewing current realities - where you are now.
- Assessing the gap between current realities and the future - looking at all relevant contributing factors and creating a vantage point for leveraging skills, talents, and abilities toward that high performance.
- Using selected coaching approaches, tools and assessments to move the individual or team toward the new reality.
