Myreene sees life as a holistic journey in which individuals must look at all aspects of the self to maximize their potential.
She is herself a successful entrepreneur with considerable business leadership experience. This enables her to provide a balanced approach to her coaching, working with her clients to improve their work performance while achieving their personal goals.
Myreene brings to her coaching work:
- 25 years of widely varied experience in the private, public and entrepreneurial sector
- an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, a Masters degree in Leadership and Training, a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration
- two certifications in Human Resource Management and Adult Learning respectively
- qualification in the Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator, the DiSC Behavioral Assessment, the Personal Interests, Attitudes and Values Assessment, and Discovery 360 Degree Feedback instrument.
- membership in the International Coaching Federation,
- member and past board member of the Calgary Association of Professional Coaches
- participation in CoachU’s Core Essentials Program
- member of the Environment and Natural Resources Committee of the Chamber of Commerce
